Deposit & booking confirmation

Payment is due upon reservation. As soon as we have confirmed your booking, we will send you your rental invoice. The invoice will act as your copy of the booking confirmation. The balance must be paid before reservation pick-up.

Cancellations
​
If you wish to cancel your rental for any reason, we require written notification. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancel 7 or more days prior to reservation for full refund.
- Cancel 3-6 days prior to reservation for 50% refund.
- Cancel 1-2 days prior & same day reservation cancelations will result in no refund or credit.
- We don't offer pro-rated refund for early returns or late pick-up.
- No refunds due to travel or weather delays.
- No shows will be charged full price.
We have a very short season in Alaska, so we thank you for understanding our need for these policies.

Waivers
​
Shoreline Rentals requires that participants sign a Waiver / Release Form. Only people who have signed the rental agreement and have also signed the waiver are permitted to use our equipment.
Cancellation by Shoreline Rentals

On the very rare occasion (we have never cancelled a booking) it may be necessary to cancel a particular booking. We reserve the right to do this for any reason, up to 30 days before the rental date. In these circumstances we will offer you an alternative rental, if available, a full refund on all monies paid, or a credit to be used on a future rental.

The price you pay is the price you pay

We guarantee that the price of your equipment rental will not be subject to alteration or surcharges once a booking has been confirmed.

Our Website's accuracy
​
All the information in it has been compiled with great care and is as accurate as we can make it on the date of release.

Force Majeure/Acts of God
​
Shoreline Rentals shall have no liability to you if we are unable to fulfill a Booking due to an Act of God or Force Majeure. In cases of Force Majeure/Acts of God cancellations will not be permitted but it will be possible to reschedule any booking to a later date.
